URGENT
I have been emailing & calling the 086 numbers which appears not to exist. None of the 086 numbers under contacts work.
I want to know what we are being billed for, sent the attachments. Also, since a loadshedding out control panel makes a very loud noise & we cant stop it. So we have unplugged it. When we got the alarm call we did advise the operator of this & put us through to tech, which also tried to trouble shoot. Was suppose to call back & this has still not been resolved.
