UNSECURE NON exisitant SERVICE

So my alarm went off 2 hours ago and no one has bothered to call or come check why. I'm at work and my kids are home and the neighbour called to ask if everything is ok and went to check on them. So, the debit order you take from my account which has even increased is basically for nothing because clearly, I don't have security. If my business is too small for you, refund my money so I can go look elsewhere
