Unsatisfied customer
The worst service EVER!!! They want to charge me for a consultation fee I was NOT informed about. I disputed it in writing. But now they send me an sms saying they will go ahead and charge me anyways. I mean, what must happen now. I am so disappointed. Annoyed. And dissatisfied.
I called in to verbally dispute as well. Asked for my contract and I was told someone will call me but nothing.
WOW!! DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR THINGS I DO NOT KNOW AND DID NOT AGREE TO.
