unsatisfactory with the response time

<p>my name is Mzwandile Zulu, I live in Chesterville extension 1, I would like to say that I am not happy with ADT response time, I have reported this matter previously at their customer service centre. Today I had a problem with my alarm coming on consecutively at around 00h00 midnight. I requested that they send someone to patrol my house I stayed awake until around 02h00 but I didn't see anybody patrolling. When I wake up in the morning I found a note at my gate that someone came and now my problem is where was this person patrolling, did they stand outside the gate and patrolled my house from outside and also it took them half an hour to respond. Half an hour I could've been dead. Next time they send an armed response I expect it to be less than that and next time they should come and patrol within the premises not outside the gate</p>
