Unsafe electrical system installation! Loose wires bent together that could have started a fire

We trusted them with our lives and safety only to find faulty and unsafe electrical wires. Loose wires were bent together looking like some backyard installer rather than using a whole wire. Adt says they didn't do the original installation of those wires, only hooked their radio up to this system, but why were we not informed and why were these wires acceptable to them? We trusted them to advise and guide our safety instead they put us at risk of fire and electrical hazard.

We are so lucky that the solar system guys we hired spotted this and warned us about it or ADT would have gotten away with it and we could have burned to death.
