Unresponsive at a time of need!
My father's house just got broken into in a secure area in Rondebosch, Cape Town. The break-in happened almost 4 hours ago and ADT still has not been to the house. The advanced security system we upgraded made no difference when these people came to the house, ransacked the house and stole items. Where is ADT?! How has the SAPS come and gone and you are nowhere to be found when you claim to "patrol" every 30 minutes?
