Unresolved matter on Debit Amount

Signed a 24 months contract for R300 per month. In February 2022 u increase debit amount to R320 without approval and giving me reasons for the increase. Thereafter in August 2022 u increase further to R350;49. Contact Midrand HO and enquired reason for these increases, only to find out u increasing for response service petrol which Letlhabile area has no such service. The call centre agent contacted in September indicated that this will be rectified in my account in November month and credit allocated but u deducted again. I have reversed Debit Order for u to call me and properly attend this matter and resolve it.
