Unresolved issue with Beam

Since last year I've had problems with one of the beams on my property going off as soon as we left the house and armed the alarm. After 4 attempts to resolve the issue, the \faulty\" beam as well as the console was replaced during visit number 5. After spending R2500 the beam still goes off the same as before. I've now been trying for almost 3 weeks to get this escalated to Technical Managers. The first one did actually phone my wife, but did not phone me like she should have. Then when I followed up I eventually got told that a different Technical Manager should be dealing with my issue. I've now been leaving voicemails for him since the middle of last week - still nothing. <br> <br> Extremely infuriating and frustrating."
