Unprofessional services

I cancelled my rental alarm with ADT in July 2020 as we were in the process of buying a new house. We were told that the technician would be sent out to collect the alarm system at the end of July. After numerous calls and emails I am still waiting for the system to be collected and we are moving house soon. The customer service received is unprofessional as I've indicated that it's urgent! I will never make use of this service again nor will I recommend it!
