Unnecessary charges to our statement

Good day, What us the purpose of responding to calls and canceling response unit if they will be send through and you get billed for that service even if you cancelled it?

Every single month I have to deal with Sam's from ADT stating that we have had 6 or more responses therefore we will be charged, when I canceled most if not all responses. This month alone I know I cancelled all of them and yet I get an sms saying I will be charged for 6 responses.

This is unnecessarily inflating our monthly statement and weave to constantly reverse the amounts.

ADT please improve the communication between the response unit and the call center, your inefficiencies should not be our burden.

Please removed the extra amounts from our statement.

Please check my call records for evidence and please remove the amounts from our statement as it is unnecessary being inflated.
