********ly Listed for credit not outstanding

So ADT installed a rental system at my home and broke 2 walls completely. They had a lot of account issues that were never resolved from the start of the contract. They opened my account twice and billed me twice. The service also never worked when we tested it and it was promised to be resolved.

ADT has promised to repair the damage to my house and I have yet to see happen. What happens instead is they ********ly list me for outstanding amounts which I am not going to pay as you owe me more for a service that never worked and also to the extensive damage to my house. I am considering taking this matter to a court as this is beyond rediculous.
