ADT have been debiting my account with the incorrect account number, meaning I was debited twice over a period of 5 months, the account in question is KGA00482. An amount of R2310.00 has been deducted and only refunded me R1838.00. My account is NOL00117. I have been dealing with Mary Tiel but no resolution.
