Unhelpful consultant

Unhelpful consultant, contacted adt for residential relocating, fill in the form and emailed , sent out technician done quotations, since that time up till now no one bothered to contacted me, already been 1week passed, called on Monday, consultant rep**** will send out quote the same afternoon, called again Tuesday actually no once knows what's going on, asked to cancel service and she felt good to do so with no questions, contacted again today the gentlemen said he knew nothing, I told him would like to log a complain then he asked me to redial, called again few minutes after, a lady answered, same questions asked, rep**** the same to me, need to find out, so which means no one cares about client in ADT!! I asked her who can I call to complain, she said I should send email no to call in!! How rediculus, thanx for the new FIDELITY ADT I really learnt my lesson, as a loyalty client for more then 15years and 5 contract with them, and they don't even help!!
