Unhappy with promotion add

Hi am currently with ADT, our alarm was struck by the lightning, so a technician came out look at the system and said the board was struck thus there is nothing he can do we should get hold of a consultant, fine fair enough he also told us about a rental system but said the consultant will know more. I googled the rental system from ADT on the add and I quote it is advertised "FREE FULLY INSTALLED RENTAL ALARM SYSTEM" PROMOTION. Basic kit 1 x 8 zone control panel 3 x infrared passive detectors 1 x LED key pad 1 fixed panic button 1 x transformer 1 x battery backup 1 x internal siren 2 x door contacts so on phoning ADT inquiring about this it is not what is advertised I have to pay R900 for installation it does not come with 3 sensors but only 2 and only 1 door contact. I asked the lady over the phone then what is going on she rep**** that at the top of the add do I see React Alarms so I said yes, her reply was it is their system that they are running with ADT. So to shorten the story it is like ADT are miss leading the people cause they advertise things and if you look at the add it looks like its from ADT BUT WHEN YOU PHONE YOU GET TOLD OTHER STORIES so they miss lead you by what they are really offering and I feel this is not fear.
