Unhappy customer

I've installed alarm system in December 2024 with them,4 months ago I experience that the battery is is no longer function when is reduction the system become dark I've been making calls always I'm told technician will call me it's so much frustration because anything that can happen during reduction time I won't be assisted let them check on their system how many times I've log calls for this problem to be soryed
