Unhappy customer

My last review was never attended too,I took initiative of having a security in my yard.Everything went well I reported an issue regarding battery because my alarm system when it's a reduction the system become dark means anyone can break in and as he/she wish on my property and I've been reporting with no assistance and I'm paying everytime for premier with no fail and last Sunday night it went worse lightning strikes now the alarm system is dead even electricity is there now I'm not sure whether to change service provider I'm so frustrated
