Unhappy Client ADT

Am so tired of ADT I made a payment towards my account and to date, the funds have not been allocated towards my account, that is the very reason why I want to cancel my service with the company, the credit controller handling my account is always busy and taking her sweet time reply back and I need my refund to be processed today..next am done with ADT.
