UNHAPPY ARMED RESPONSE SERVICE

<br> In November 2015 alarm went off at 11.00 am. I asked for a personal to be sent to my premises, on my arrival at 3.00pm armed response had not arrived at my premise, I called adt and spoke to Kevin Gopichand explained the situation he apologised and promised me I will not be charged for the month of December, unfortunately for me that did not happen. Once again I called adt on *** , asked for Kevin Gopichand to call me, called back 3 days later was told email request was sent to Kevin Gopichand. have not received any response to date.<br> On January 16 2016 at 10.25am receive a call my alarm went off I requested for a personal to be sent to my premise and keep me informed. My wife went home at 10.40 had to inspect the premises before she went into the home. adt personal only got to my home at 10.55am which is unacceptable, anything could have happened to my wife had there been a burglary. I called adt later that afternoon and asked for senior manager to call me urgently, as this is unacceptable and am paying for poor service delivery. 06 February 2016 called and spoke to Dominique at 11. 20 am for new boards to put on walls, no response.<br> Mr Nehru Dhanbir<br> 39 Deltapalm Gardens
