Unhappy and ****ed customer

I signed up for ADT as i recently moved into a new house agent that was out was very promising gave me 2 months free. The house came with its own alarm system wich meant that everything would be smooth sailing. The first engineer came to install the the radio but couldn't activate anything as they needed one more part he said he will be back same day never came back send endless emails and whatsapps then the IDS BOX blew up i called them to let them knw they took their own time to come mind u I got 2 months free but for nothing I called in wanting to cancel the very nice consultant told me she will send someone out to come fix everything so i can use the service the engineer came eventually 3 weeks ago after i signed up in june so they couldn't fix it cause i need to call my installers to have this sorted after speaking to the engineer we decided to cancel up until our IDS box is fixed i called them to cancel they now wanna charge me over 1k for cancelation for a service that was never activated because of them i never even had a alarm go of or even a board hanged on my house but they wana charge cancelation. Cancelation for what if they couldn't even offer me anything I will never recommend anyone to sign up for this, u better of with a dog guarding your property.
