Unexplained multiple debit orders

I have requested that ADT explain to me the double debits in the same month for the same property from my bank account and no one has gotten back to me. I reached out to them on their online portal as well as via email and I have received no explanation. The surprise debits are a huge inconvenience when other bills have to be paid and ADT just helps itself to my pocket before the agreed-upon date. I am very unimpressed with their treatment of me.
