Unexplained alarm apparently causing excess billing,Whose fault?
ADT security is such a nightmare for me.Deductions out of nowhere that I am not contracted for.Alarm consistently disturbing at 2AM to 2h30 AM everyday warning there is something at the front door.Initially I was told maybe it's the cats....Next thing maybe because of the wind....Next thing maybe because of falling leaves... it's tiring
Honestly I still fail to understand what am I paying for.
