Unbelievable lack of service

We moved into a new home at the end of March and signed a contract with ADT for armed response in March. The only reason we went with ADT was that they already had an alarm linked to them at the home. We were promised that a technician would make an appointment to check the system and link us.<br> <br> Since then we have not heard anything from ADT and have been unable to contact their regional office or helpdesk. When we call they bounce you around and put you on hold until the call is cut off or you lose patience. <br> <br> Tried calling and SMSing the sales lady Nolleen Tappin. She eventually rep**** that she was in the Cape and had advised someone to contact me. That was last week. Still nothing. <br> <br> We are cancelling our contract due to non-performance on their part.
