Unautorized Billing

We were customers of Vetus Schola until ADT bought their business over. There was no communication with the clients. When I got home one afternoon, I saw 3 ADT boards on our walls. The next morning one has fallen of. I called them about the fact that they took the liberty to paste 3 boards without our consent. I also mentioned the 1 board that has fallen of. The lady rep**** that that have used past sell date silicon and they will come and fix it. I said I only want 1 board as I am not doing their adverti*****t. On the 26th December we had a storm and the back beam constantly went off. I told them that it's because of the storm - after 9 calls. To keep the story short, they advised us that we install a lock box. It will enable them to enter the premise when we are not at home. When they couldn't use the lock box because of their own stupidity, I decided to take out the monitoring system and returned it to their office. I also cancelled their services and we went to another provider. Since then I keep on getting a bill. I have taken it up with the branch, nothing happened. Now they are targeting my husband. He never had anything to do except for paying for the lock box!
