Unauthorized transactions on account

*Alert ADT* BEWARE ********* service

For months my elder retired parents have been trying via numerous phone calls, numerous emails & numerous times going to their office to explain the incorrect invoice for product that was not installed, as was not required, that they correct the invoice. After Tracy Klopper, who was the sale consultant who made this error, numerous times said she would correct this, but months later still an outstanding issue.

For 2 months now ADT took off thousands of rands off my retired elder parents account, that was not allowed, as we do not have the products they took money for.
