UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS
ADT make it difficult to cancel their contract. I had a contract which has now expired ,and I called them to say I can't affrod anymore and I and I am not leaving in that adress anymore.
They send me a form which I must send proof of my new adress, which I refuse to provide. They now charging me month on month even thought I asked them to cancel the contract.
Today the debited 2700 rands plus another 700 rands for month on month even after ai told them to cancel. At some stage they were debiting my personal and business account for the same contract. These people are so desperate to make money out of public and the worse thing is I don't use their service due to not staying there.

05 Nov 2024, 06:55Since I sent an email as per request no one has acknowledged my email. This is what ADT is good at, they call you and you pour your heart out and they said they will call you back, thats it, you will see another debit order as long as they make the money. I had to ask my bank to reverse the debit order and it is costing me money. My contract ended last year and I have been asking you to cancel the contract as I dont stay in the adress adnI have no money to continue with this contract.

18 Mar 2025, 09:08ADT are non professional. They confirmed after a discussion and email that my contract was canceled after so many years of trying to cancel. Today I recieved a letter from lawyers saying I owe them over 3k, for a contract they confirmed it was cancelled.
When they want your business the send people to sign you in but canceling with them is a mission. Why am I receiving letters if you said co tract was cancelled? It's like you guys dont talk to each other internally
