unauthorized debit order

Good day. ADT took too much money from my account. Michelle working with my account the money will be paid back and it wasn't and again they took more money. What the hell ADT. You take too much then you take more. When do you pay my money back. So in total I paid 2500/for 2 remotes?????? And they let me pay for a QUOTE THAT was cancelled. So this means if ADT writes a quote you pay even if the service was never deliver. Sydney makamu was my sales person. I want my money back. ***. Call me back
