Unauthorized Debit

Work was quoted for and subsequently done on a repair on my alarm system. <br> <br> The technical did not need to use some components that were on the quote and there we wanted them to deduct that.<br> <br> The work statement was signed by myself also stating that and I asked that the invoice reflect this. When the invoice came it was for the full amount.<br> <br> Sending all the proof, including pictures to accounts@ and speaking to someone from accounts, we heard nothing.<br> <br> After trying once more, we left it as they simply just ignored us. We then got an email to say that we are outstanding and that they will merely debit our account for that amount.<br> <br> My wife contacted them, spoke to someone and we emailed the relevant department, but once again heard nothing in return.<br> <br> They then debited our account.<br> <br> I had this stopped at my bank, but they are still ignoring me.<br> <br> exceptionally poor form.
