Unauthorised Debt Order date

<p>I have changed bank account from Capitec to Standard bank. On the 10/04/17 I send an email to Mlangeni Phindile, from ADT accounts, informing her of the change. She contacts me back confirming change as accounts in wife's name, keeping in mind my debt order date is the 27th of each month.</p> <p>On the 27th April ADT tries debting old account. I call in to inform them.</p> <p>Then on the 19th May ADT tries debting new account but no money was in account resulting in bank penalties of R115.</p> <p>I then contacted Mlangeni Phindile and she stated that i needed to email her my bank statement showing penalty fees and that she would pay it back into account.</p> <p>On the 6th June another debt order goes off for another R115 and on the 7th June ADT places the R115 back into account.</p> <p>Looking at what I just wrote clearly indicates that ADT still owe me the R115.</p> <p>I have sent statements to Mlangeni Phindile as proof and send her numerous emails regarding a response.</p> <p>I have true upset with Mlangeni Phindile service rendered resulting in me cancelling contract come this November.</p> <p>I have stated that I would give her ample time to sort out query and if not sorted out I would report her on her bad customer service.</p> <p>It looks like she dont care and this represents ADT in a negative Light. Please refund me on my R115.</p> <p> </p>
