Unauthorised debits

I gave Adt one month termination of service notice in January 2026. To date they are still debiting my account for services they don't even provide. I emailed proof of cancellation with clear instructions for a refund. No refund has been process for the 2 months unauthorised debits. Emails are not repsonded to and calls go unanswered. This is the worst security company ever, based on my experience with them. If I could rate them zero, I would.
