Unauthorised debit last year, no refund yet
I want to know whats happening, I was promised that the unauthorised fee that was debitted from my a/c last year was going to be creditted into my account more than 3 weeks ago and you guys are still procrastinating. Someone better contact me with answers or this matter IS going to be escalated this matter.
