Unauthorised Debit!!

<p>ADT offered a Death Waiver, supposedly free of charge for 12 months after a family bereavement.</p> <p>Apparently a generous and considerate offer with the ***urance that no debits, and no payments of any kind would be required until 1st March 2017 as written in the agreement.</p> <p>Without prior notice or invoice however, this company debited my account for R255 in May. It is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE that companies are able to debit ones' bank account on a whim!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
