Unable to provide statements

I have a flat that I rent out. The rental income is declared on my tax return. The alarm and monitoring provided by ADT is written off as an expense against the flat. SARS requires proof of payment to ADT. I have never received monthly statements from ADT. I have requested this on numerous occasions from the billings section. The staff from the billings section do not understand that SARS needs it and it is urgent.
