Unable to Enter Estate

I have ADT armed response for nearly 2 years and this is how long I have been fighting to try organise access into our estate. We have +-10 units with ADT and all of them including me have been trying to contact you to give you access. At the moment when your armed response guard arrives he has to call the owner to get access which is pointless??? Your contract states we need to provide access but if you don't respond then how are we supposed to? I believe your in breach of your contract as we have been paying for a service that you have not been providing. You can check my profile and I have logged +- 6 calls and the last call logged I have been waiting for Bongani to call me since January. This is unacceptable and if its not resolved by the end of the week I will be taking it to the security board.
