Unable to check the battery and rezoning the alarm

I am having a bad experience with them, they are unable to come and change their battery i contacted them several times during december, they promised me that they will send the technician to come and check the battery unfortunately they didn't send anyone. Their service sucks, Back up battery can't even last for 30 minutes duribg loadshedding, the worst part is when there is loadshedding at night the alarm will go off, you wake up confused not sure if there is intruder or if is just loadshedding. I cannot stand it any longer i want them to come remove their equipment i will rather install my own alarm which doesn't require monthly fees than being emotionally abused while paying monthly subscription.
