Unable to cancel my ADT Service

After years of service from ADT , i decided to cancel my service.<br> I called in and was told they are unable to cancel my service telephonically and i need to send an email to [Email Removed] then it will be logged and a csr will call me to finalise the termination of contract.<br> <br> First email was sent, 5th April, Ticket: E52AD***A, no response therafter<br> Second email 11 April Ticket: E09AA0B575019, no response<br> <br> I was told the contract would be cancelled with 20 days notice, i hope my 20 days was from the 5th April
