Unable to add users on the app
Technician at my house is telling me there is only one person in the whole company that can add users on the app and he is off sick, is it appropriate that one person has all that responsibility? Would it not make sense to have a redundancy? Smells like a management oversight.
Be careful before you sign papers with this company
