UN-SECURE HOME APP

The Secure Home App that is supposed to allow you to Arm or Disarm your alarmed premises that is part of the Armed Response system does not work at all. It is also supposed to keep you informed about the status of the Alarm, such as AC connections, Triggered Alarms and reactions to triggered alarms...... This App is as useful as Udders on a BULL....no functionality to speak of except perhaps for the notifications that one receives of an occurrence that took place approximately 48 hrs previously. The excuse I get give upon enquiry is "its the signal"... My alarm radio is equipped with 3 sim cards from all the major players in SA...

FIX THE PROBLEM DONT JUST PRESENT IT.....

Why can they not just redevelop an App the works...This is a "service" that I pay for every month.....
