Poor service from Accounts Personnel

I had an outstanding amount on my account and was offered a 65% discount . I called immediately and they arranged a debit order for that discounted amount however even today, after 3 months my account has an outstanding amount. The worst part is they even debited my account for the full discount amount which was granted to me, this is *****.
