Trying to transfer monitoring services is a nightmare.
We have sold a property that we have ADT alarm monitoring. I have been trying to get ADT to transfer the monitoring over to the new owners who are interested in taking over the service, however, its like trying to pull hens teeth. The alarm is installed, radio link is in and working, nothing technical is needed. Just to cancel the contract on my end, and sign up the new owners. Why is this impossible?

24 Aug 2021, 22:32So far, this hasnt been resolved. I think there is confusion because there are two accounts I have with ADT, one needs to be transferred and the other needs to be canceled. Struggling to get resolution. Seems like ADT can not keep their house in order.
