******* into a contract, unauthorized debit order

ADT please cancel my contract as I requested, my mother had a contract at ADT for many years after her passing I asked to take over and was told to open a new contract under my name, I therefore asked the sales consultant for a month to month contract as I don't live at my mothers house. For a month I have been trying to cancel the contract just to hear I was ******* into a 24 month contract, and not what I asked for. I want this contract cancelled immediately, as I asked for a month to month contract. I know what I agreed to and will not be forced into something I did not agree to. I will take this further as this wrong. And to make matters worse my account was still debited.
