Traps and tricks of an ADT contract VOLUME 2
After several phone calls I get ADT to come and remove their equipment from my house. Must say this part did go smoothly.
BUT NOW FOR VOLUME 2: As I stated in my previous Hellopeter review Attorneys issues Letter of Demand to me because of an outstanding amount. I phoned ADT twice and they confirmed that my account is clear and that I dont owe anything. I requested them to stop these Attorneys action against me. GUESS what arrives in my SMS box today?ANOTHER letter of Demand!! If ever I had the need for a security company I would think twice about using ADT as their bookkeeping practises are really suspect to me. ADT if you read this dont contact me before you can assure me everything has been sorted. Maybe a letter of demand from my attorneys would help?
