Three emails, no response

I send email on 15 Dec14, 8 Jan.15, 8 Feb.15 and received only the automated response: Ticket: E23C58E54837C After this automated response on 15 Dec.14 I send the two follow-up emails and no response received on these emails. The question in the email was simple, no rocket science: RE: Contract HAR02076 Please let me know the procedure and notice period to cancel the Armed Response Contract with ADT. What do I need to do to get a response?
