THREATS TO SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT

In November 2014 I joined ADT security.<br> I was told i need a lock for them to have entrance to my property. I bought this at their office and paid cash for it.Receipt 11939.<br> Ever since i received threats to have my service suspended if i dont pay for this lock that was bought cash,<br> I spoke to Dalene Boughan at the Kimberley Branch ant to Pumzilla and Mokwa**** in Johannesburg gave them all the details and was promised it will be sorted out.<br> I received a email from Dalen apologising and that the matter is sorted out..<br> Yesterday i received another threat telling me that my account is seriously overdue and i must pay up or my service will be suspended.<br> PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT OUT THIS ACCOUNT I do pay my accounts and wont have ADT giving me a bad credit rating.<br>
