this is now the third complaint and no call

after Adt has reply to two other complaints i have still not received any call back this is the service one can expect from them promises and no results. i have never in my life experienced this kind of no care no concern response from any service provider. i would like adt to cancel my service with them i do not want to work with you any more ever
