Can anyone be liable for payment of a service that is not rendered? I have been a client for adt for a few years now and it has been terrible!!! I have had a alarm system installed a few month later their was a problem and they were not getting a cignal from my home but they were still debiting my acc eventually they stop without my consent few months down again a debt collector contacts me after doing an investigation it was found that the installation was wrong but I was still being charged.I told the guy face to face to cancel that contract cos im paying for a service that not being provided he advised that he willsort everything out. Now adt has not been debiting my acc for their own reasons without making sure they have a cignal from the home because it has not been working for the last year <br> I will not pay for a service that is not being provided that is against the cpa .When I called their call centres I have been told that they have been debiting a standard bank acc but I've never banked with standard no1 no's whats happening .WORST SECURITY PROVIDERS EVER!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
