I phoned for a quotation a month ago a guy called warren came gave me a quote I accepted he then said I needed to pay and send him proof of payment before e could do anything I then payed the same day sent him proof of payment then I had to phone him to ask what was happening he then said he would phone me back he is just gong into a meeting he never did I had to phone the following day again he then said he is busy with accounts there is a problem with my credit check I then said I don't have any credit he said but that's not a problem at all they will put it under business a week later still no response I phoned him back he said he is still waiting from head office then 2 days later I went to their west gate branch we spoke to Carlos he then apologised and said he will make sure installation will be done the following day I must send him my proof pf payment I then sent it again and then heard nothing for 2 days again I went back to the west gate branch Carlos couldn't face us but warren was there I then said what was going on he could n give me an answer I asked for my money back he then spent an hour on the phone said accounts will be doing an reversal no proof no money back 4 d
