They will bill your account with unauthorized amounts

They are the worst security company ever when it comes to debiting your account without sending you a debit mandate, knowing that they will debit your account whenever they feel like it without communication and no warning. I was debited twice this month for 2 different account. They never sent me invoices or told me what the money is for... they are running their business like *********. My monthly premium suppose to be R650 all together but they chose to debit my account with R1530. That is even more than double the amount without explaining yourself. Who gave you that authority to just debit peoples account as you see fit without concerning me? That is why you do not push for a debit mandate cause you know you want to just debit my account however you like.
