They just take your money

After a home invasion we had false alarms, but being scared we asked for the response officer to attend. We are now sitting with an excess response bill. We cancelled and gave a calendar month's notice and still the debit order was deducted for the new month. Now they are telling me that this is just the way it works and that is it. We were on the R880.00 fee and when we canceled they offered R450 fee all of a sudden. So now I realise that I have been over paying for years. The debit order that I am supposed to be happy to pay after cancellation was R880.00!!!
