They care

Hi Thomas (control room) and John (response), On Saturday morning at around 1am in the morning I was woken up by my alarm sensing motion in my front garden...The keypad was about the trigger an alarm to ADT but I disarmed in case it was a false trigger and went to peak out the window to investigate.... upon reaching the front door I could hear somebody calling. It was your guard Boy at my front door attempting to get my attention after entering the garden via the digipad.... Boy told me that my mother had desperately been attempting to contact me as my father was admitted to ICU... My mother phoned your control room and was desperate and in tears... a very friendly gentleman at your control room showed true concern and promptly assured my mother that they would send a guard to my home to wake me up...<br> <br> I want to thank Boy for the way in which he handled this sensitive situation and got to my home fast after he was dispatched. I also want to thank the gentleman in your control room whom assisted my mother with a sense of urgency and compassion. Please could you ensure that this Thank You is passed onto Boy and the gentleman in your control room.
