They can't be considered as private security

Service has deteriorated a lot over the years. I've been using ADT for the past 14 years and at this point I cannot call them armed response.

1) Sometimes they just don't pitch 2) There was an incident where the first responder didn't even come into our garden, stating the wall is too high, this wall is literally a meter high and they've been able to get over it all these years except that day. I reported it to the supervisor, he said he'd get back to me after investigating, and he didn't. 3) Today's incident, the responder said he didn't come in the yard because he "thought there was a dog". There is no dog here. 4) I have to call in their technician (at a R500) about 5 times a year because their equipment is always faulty

What frustrates me more is that each time they report back to switchboard saying everything is okay and yet they didn't even check!

I'm currently looking for another private security company.
